Baby Room Complete! Nesting can commence...

We finished the baby’s room last week and wow, it really looks good! Jamie and I are so, so, so darn excited. Baby time is approaching, only 6 more weeks until due date.

The room was completely striped of all layers of wallpaper and carpet, molding, door etc. and everything was made-over. First paint (light blue with a light yellow star boarder) and then the new door and crown molding as well as molding around the window and door. Then we used the same kind of carpet as in our bedroom, a very light tan. After the carpet we added the bottom molding. It is my best work yet! I get better and better with every room. The sad thing is that the last room we will do is the laundry room.

Next we move to another monster of a room, the bathroom. My goal is to get it done before baby day. We will see!

The baby is moving like crazy now and you actually see her rolling around like some sort of crazy midget break dancer. Amazing miracle!
